Obituary of Mrs. Ana Maria Alcance

        Our Beloved

On January 18 2023, our beloved Ana Maria Celdran Alcance a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother has lost her life-long health battle and had earned her wings peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital.  Ana Maria is survived by her loving husband of 45 years Edwin Alcance; their children Kim, Wowie and Dione, and grandchildren Marcus, Matthew, Maya and Sakura. 

Ana Maria is known to be a strong, hardworking, passionate, funny, and best Turon maker.  She had the most infectious laugh followed by the sweetest smile.  She enjoyed planting flowers, cooking, and travelling. To those who knew her she is recognize for enjoying the simple pleasures of life like painting her nails and wearing her signature red lipstick.  She is a devoted Catholic, mother, wife and grandmother. She cherished all her friends and values her work colleagues immensely. 

She was a hard-working and determined woman.  After migrating to Canada in her mid-30’s, she worked hard to provide for her family and showed them the importance of family, how to value hard work and to appreciate human condition and be kind to people. 

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and will be aways remembered in their hearts.  We are sincerely grateful to the many friends and family for the support during this difficult time of loss. 

May she rest in peace.  A life well lived.
