Obituary of Mrs. Rosa Misasi

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Rosa Rovito Misasi, age 90 at home on Thursday, January 12th, 2023.

Rosa is reunited in heaven with her adoring husband, Luigi Misasi.  Beloved Mamma of Frank and Caroline. Cherished by friends and family near and far.

Rosa was born June 4,1932 in Paterno Calabro, Cosenza, Italy where she met and married Luigi, moving together to Canada to raise their family, working hard at establishing themselves in a new city, country and making a new life and home. Always full of love and kindness, she had an infectious laugh, a beautiful smile and was fond of ice cream, flowers, pizza, children, reading and of course family.

Her 90 years were filled with joy and family and she brought a world of happiness to her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17th at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough.   https://www.ogdenfuneralhome.com/

The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church, 3216 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1H 1A4 on Wednesday, January 18th at 11am
