On December 7, 2022, our Nanay, Gregoria Castillo, passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 82 years old. She was born on November 22, 1940, in the Philippines, and spent her later years in Canada. Gregoria was the mother of four children, grandmother of fourteen and great grandmother of twelve. She was a wonderful soul, who loved and was loved by everyone.
Gregoria is known by many as ‘Nanay’ and is survived by her husband, Nemesio Castillo Sr., her four children, Alice Galang (Medardo), Elizabeth Bernabe (Obet), Nemesio Jr. Castillo (Rose) and Annaliza Chappell (David), and as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
