           Passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on October 12, 2022, after a prolonged illness.  An avid dog lover her entire life, her kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.

 

           She will be most lovingly remembered by son Stephen, daughter-in-law Rosanna, grandchildren Stephen (Monika) and Robert (Sherry).  Joan was predeceased by her sisters Patricia and Shirlee.  Will also be lovingly remembered by many nephews, nieces and extended family and friends.

 

           The family wishes to thank the wonderful PSWs, Nurses, and Doctors at Shepherd Lodge, Scarborough for both the wonderful care provided to and compassion shown for Joan during the final chapter of her life.
