Rochelle is my 1st cousin and she was EVERYTHING!!!! She was smart, beautiful and a free spirit! I miss how we encouraged each other in our careers in fashion and makeup!!
She was a true beauty inside and out.
She was also an outstanding mom to Desi and AJ. I truly admired her determination to be a successful model and she made her dreams come true with the help of God.

My best memory of my beautiful cousin was the last time she was with Stormie. She just got him, encouraged him and loved him up! And Stormie has a soft spot for beautiful girls with fabulous hair and style, and y’all know Rochelle checked ALL the boxes.
She was beautiful inside and out. I will never understand why you are gone so soon, but will always remember your gorgeous smile and dimples. Heaven has a new Angle. REst in Peace. Love you.

My condolences to the entire Reid Family for such a significant loss. To you all Ro was a daughter, sister and mother. To me she was an inspiring woman and a sweet friend. From my younger days all the way throughout adulthood Ro was always a reminder that you can’t break a confident woman. She carried herself so well, always dressed nice, spoke eloquently and always addressed others with her charming smile. Dear Ro, I never ever thought that our last paint night in September would be the last time we would Cheers. The weekend before your passing we had such great laughs over voice note laughing about the future and what will come next. Right now my heart is heavy and broken but I know you are watching over Dez, Ajay, Keon, your Eulah, Jah Jah Binx, your Godbabies and the rest of the family. I was eight when my family moved to Livonia in 93'. Renee and I were best friends. I remember Rochelle always being so respectful to my parents, and never forgetting to tell them everything I did when they weren't watching lol. I'll always remember Rochelle as being a diva....she didn't walk she 'cat-walked' , the world was her runway and she owned it. She oozed self confidence and made sure every woman felt beautiful. When I went to see her in the hospital after giving birth, Rochelle was in full glam lol....such a diva. Thank you Rochelle for all the advice you've given me and for being the best sister to my friend. You will be missed. Sleep in eternal peace beautiful Queen.

Rochelle, I was blessed to know and work with you for only a few short months, however in that time you had such a great impact on the lives of our students and staff alike. For our kids, you were truly their House Mom when they left school to come home to you. I always knew who to call if I had any questions or concerns about one of our guys.
Through all of our meetings, calls, pickups/dropoffs and so much more our staff and I got to know you more than just our students' worker... You became a part of OUR team. Our friend. Our family.
You went above and beyond to show your heart... Your love and care, with respectable boundaries and high expectations of/for all. Haha.
This loss has been so profoundly felt by not just your home and our boys, but the whole Maplewood community.
On behalf of us all, I extend my very deepest condolences to all of your friends, loved ones, and family in this difficult time.

I'm still in shock, Rochelle! Like...how is this real?
I remember first meeting you that Christmas...you seemed so quiet. I wasn't sure if I could approach you. You welcomed me with open arms. We talked for hours...until we were the only ones left awake. I thought "wow, she's so easy to talk to!"....even though we had just met! I felt comfortable. We said we would keep in touch. You fussed at me about not sending you pictures of the babies directly. I promised to send then more often. You didn't get a chance to meet Leia; she would have loved you just as much as Liam did.
Aunty Constance, Renee, Dez, Ajay....my heart aches for you all. I loved her like family and I'm devastated, so I can't even begin to imagine your pain. God knows His plans for us all, even when we don't understand them, or like them. I pray He comforts us all, especially you guys, and give you all a special anointing of strength to get you through this very difficult time.
Leia, Liam Odel and I are here for you guys forever and always! We miss you so much Rochelle! Rest well until we meet again.

I will forever remember Roshell. In 2002 she came to the airport with Renee to pick me up and take me to her family home. She typed my Life Skills lesson when i experienced challenges and at mo time did i feel like an outsider.
Who would have known that our visit in Jamaica just a few months ago would have been our last?
Shaking my head in disbelief.
I am expressing my condolences to Miss Constance and Renee and also to the family. I cannot be there to assist in anyway, but PLEASE remember that prayers are being sent up on your behalf. God will give you the strength to take the next step because you have so much more love and hospitality to share with others.

The Reid household has been a safe haven for the community. So many of us, myself included have found safety in those walls. You Rochelle, allowed me to be as annoying as I could be, you allowed me to treat your room as my personal library, raiding your bookshelf as much as I wanted, whenever i wanted. Dear Rochelle aka Ro,
I just want to thank you for your friendship. You have taught me a lot of things and I am eternally grateful. It is hard to grasp your death but I find comfort that you are with God. You gave me a niece (Dez) and my nephew (A.J.) who I love so very much, you gave me a reason to love myself and have confidence in anything that I do. I am going to miss our talks and fun we had. It did not matter if we was going to church or just hanging out with our friends at Coffee Culture, we had fun wherever we went. I love you my Sister and I have such great memories. May God comfort Momma Reid, Mr. Reid, Renee, Dez, AJ, Keon and the rest of your family. You more than just my friend, you are my family. You will be truly missed, loved and honoured.
