Agnes peacefully passed at Scarborough Grace Hospital following a period of declining health. Agnes is survived by her beloved sons, Tony and Michael Chu, daughter-in-law Eliza Wong, sister and brother Chan. Agnes will be missed by her loved nieces and nephews. She will be forever remembered by family, friends and neighbours/caregivers who took the time to engage in conversation and appreciate Agnes' kind heart and joyful soul. May you rest easy Agnes, live on eternally in heaven and be welcomed in the arms of Jesus who loves you immeasurably.
