I wondered why I hadn’t heard from Helen for awhile and decided to check the obituaries. I was saddened to read that she had passed . We were good friends during her days in Amherstburg, on Brunner Ave. and we kept in touch . I know she had fond memories of her time here. When she visited, we would go for a tour around town. She did love Amherstburg.

I am so truly heartbroken that Helen has left us. I am grateful for having been part of her life - all the wonderful chats and laughs that we shared every week. My Fridays will never be the same without spending time with this gracious, witty, intelligent and loveable lady. My sincere sympathies to all who loved her... May she be happy for evermore.
