I’m deeply saddened at the passing of my dear Sister-in-Christ Lenora. Lenora demonstrated a caring and giving spirit - always volunteering at our church in several capacities. She truly had a servant’s heart. She didn’t seek attention nor rewards, no doubt she was mindful of the scripture which says that it’s better to give than receive. I thank God for the times when we fellowshipped at different gatherings and often at our Church’s cafe after the service. I mainly thank God for allowing me to experience Lenora’s serene presence and friendship the years and for visiting her at the hospital shortly before she went home to be with her Lord and Savior. To her entire family, I extend my deepest condolences. May God comfort each of you at this difficult time.
