Dear family of Mr. Inasipillai,
I am a parishioner of St. Thomas More and your dad and I were regulars at the Sunday 8:30 AM Mass. Your dad was such a gentleman and so devoted to the Lord. Many years ago he gave me a little prayer card to St. Padre Pio, which I carry with me to this day. Every time I say the prayer, I think of him. He faithfully offered Mass for your mum's soul at our parish, and that touched me a lot too.
I am so sad to hear that he passed away. I would have attended the funeral had I known. May he be abundantly rewarded for his faithful witness. May God grant his soul eternal rest and comfort to all of you, his family members.
With deepest sympathies,
Lorna D'Souza

We salute and pay our heartfelt condolences to the family of our dear brother-in-law Rajendram whom I have had the pleasure and privilege of knowing since 1955 when my dear sister Baba got married to him. He was my mentor, guide and a genial man, having selflessly helped me in many ways. He was a brilliant Lecturer to upcoming youngsters in the field of Accounting & costing/management. He was a father figure in the accounting circle in Sri Lanka. He rose to the position of Asst. Director in the Treasury proceeded by his job as Chief Internal Audit Officer at the Ceylon Cement Corporation. He was a stalwart in the field of lecturing cost & Management, especially at Brighton Institute, Colombo in the sixties. He was Director of Training for Accountants n Malawi and Botswana during the 1970 - 1992.He was a deeply religious man dedicated to Marian devotion and an outstanding sportsman at St. Patrick's College, Jaffna, and he was the National Carrom Champion winning the singles and double titles in 1958....and the list of accomplishments go on. Aside from his educational and career achievements, Rajendram was such a jovial, warm person and he touched our lives with his positive attitude and endless optimism. My sister and Rajendram devoted their lives to their children and grandchildren and we were truly blessed to have him in our family and to have shared so many memories together with him, especially in London, Canada and Sri Lanka.
We stand with a trembling and sorrowful heart as we engage in efforts to bid farewell to Rajendram, a brilliant man, father, husband and brother in law.
We miss him sadly in life and we pray that his dear soul rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened to hear the loss of Ignatius. He inspired and had an indelible impact on everyone that knew him - this was certainly the case for me. I was and will continue to be proud and privileged to have been able to call him my dear friend. He was most proud of his children and his family. I will miss his infectious smile and generosity of spirit. I will miss him terribly, but grateful for the countless memories of laughter, good cheer and important life moments we got to share. My deepest sympathies to you all and may God bless you and provide you the strength during this difficult period in your lives From: Siva joined by son Niro and family
