Aunt Ruby was genuine and warm. She loved unconditionally. A mighty prayer warrior, always praying for us. We were privileged to have her as an aunt and will miss her. Now she is resting in the arms of Jesus and will forever live in our hearts.

Sincère condolences to the Goode’ family on the passing of a beautiful soul - Mom Goode. I thank God for the pleasure of knowing Mom, for her love, her warmth and her caring heart. A true child of our Lord and Saviour. She will be truly missed but her memories lives on.
On that lovely summer day 3 of us enjoyed one of your favorite song - Farther Along - Cheer up my brother, live in the sunshine, farther along we’ll know all about it. Farther along we’ll understand why. When death has come and taken our loved ones, it leaves our homes so lonely and dreary. Farther along we’ll understand why. Yes, we’ll understand it all by and by. Rest In Peace Mom, your work on earth is complete.

On behalf of my sister, Lorna, and myself, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the Goode family on the passing of dear Mother Goode. My parents, Rita and Reginald Pike, were dear friends of Ruby and Lismore Goode. They all belonged to a generation of Jamaicans who exemplified values of steadfastness, love of family and selfless service to others. Theirs is a generation the likes of which we are unlikely to see again. Mother Goode was a strong woman and steadfast friend. She will be sorely missed. May God grant her family and friends grace and strength of spirit at this time of transition.
