I met Linda in 1994 when we became involved in the organization of the Black Anglican, No longer Strangers program. Linda was the most gracious, kind, family oriented and spiritual LADY, I have had the joy of knowing. You have left your mark on all who knew you and by extension, the world. The angels could not wait to welcome you into the heavenly. choir. Rest in peace and rise in glory, my friend. You will be missed by all whose life you touched.

I enjoyed this gracious lady who invited me to play her organ when I visited Canada during my summer vacations when I was a child. She will be missed

My heartfelt condolences to the family. I met Linda years ago through the Jamaican Canadian Association. She was a dedicated volunteer of the Association for many, many years. May her soul rest in perpetual peace.

Dear Aunt Linda
She was a sister to our mother, Alvasene Gray later to become Mrs A Osborne in Jamaica. She had organised the wedding of my parents in Jamaica and many others. Family was the bye-word for Aunt Linda as family came first in every aspect of her life and this was reflected to all members of the family. She had left Jamaica for Canada particularly to ensure the wellbeing and security of her mother, our Grandmother, Mrs Ruth Gray. She was excellent at organising as nothing was too much trouble for her. My first memories of her was when I was very young ensuring that both myself and younger brother were educationally equipped to attend our first school as she did with other members of the family. There is more to say about Aunt Linda and I know she would not want me to go on about all the wonderful and thoughtful things she did not only for family but friends as well. God bless you Aunt Linda and thank you for all your seen and unseen hard work.
Mrs Azalee Jennings (nee Osborne)

Aunt Linda is sister to our Mum -Aunt Puncie. Although Mum and Uncle Leslie (brother), talked about Aunt Linda, I had never met her until my trip to Canada in 1982. On arrival, I spotted her immediately and it was like I had always known her. I stayed at her house and she was so accommodating and helped me get around Toronto. She also took me to her workplace and to the hairdressers- she made sure we looked amazing. Aunt Linda did so much for us in the UK, and also came to London to help with the care of our Mum and Uncle Leslie and sadly for their funerals – family was so important to her. Even in her final act, she had planned everything – never a fuss! Love you and miss you Aunt Linda. Love from Laurelle, Curtiz, Laurence, Spencer and Dexter.
