Gennie, how we remember the good times at work that we shared. How I will always remember your laugh, and your smile, and your generous nature. You helped me grow as a technologist and for that and the memories I am truly blessed to have known you. Please tell Delia and Socorro hello and catch up on all the news and the giggles that will be rattling the heavens. Love you and thank you for everything. God bless you, you have been in my prayers constantly.
Deborah

We never realize until we lose a part of it that our lives are lessened with you leaving us. Though you live in our mind and spirit and hearts, it will never be the same. There will always be that missing piece. Your smile and laughter will never be heard until we see you on the other side. As we all know, life brings us twists and turns but there were always some threads that were secure and that part of our life is unraveling. We will mend it up but it will take a long time to do so. My gratitude and love to you was not given enough to you but know that it was always there...I got that from your brother (Dad). I will miss you so much and know that you will always be someone I will try and live up to. Your heart was larger than life and everyone in this world that knew you was lucky to have met you and even more if they were in your life.
I know that your mom, dad, your sister, brother and Charlie and many others are there with you. Please take care of my dogs Sadie and Chico. And also...tell them all thank you for helping me when I was in Atlanta...and that it wasn't funny that they turned the light on in the closet.
Always with love and respect,
Eric

Farewell dear Genie.
I am very sorry that I am not there with all our family.
Your kindness, generosity, genuineness and love for all your nieces and nephews will be forever written in their hearts as I do.
I will not forget how you catered to our whims no matter how far you had to drive to buy anything I mention that I missed which is not available in the US.
Thank you for just being YOU.We will miss you as all our loved ones who are gone

My dearest Tita Gennie,
I haven't been able to shed a tear coz my mind is in total denial that you are gone. You were the glue that held us all together and kept our family close. You were our laughter, our joy, our sweet sweet aunt that never said no to any of us. You took us everywhere and always made sure we had a good time during all our visits. You were my food conossieur and knew of all the best restaurants to go to. You hooked me up with all my favorites, especially my champoy. You were always so thoughtful, kind and generous with all of us. You had the biggest heart and made sure all your nieces and nephews knew how much you loved us. My summers spent in Canada as a young child will forever be etched in my memories, they were the best of times and you always made sure of it. Our visits back to Canada will be so different without you, you will be forever missed. I'm thankful that Niko, Noah & Nate had the opportunity to experience getting to know you because you left a lasting impression. We love you so much and we will miss your smiling face and contagious laughter. I will forever hold you in my heart. Rest in eternal peace Tita Gen

My earliest memory of Tita Gennie was at the apartment they lived in before they moved into the Huntingdale house. That apartment was where I met my best friends aka the Hernandez sisters. I’ve had the fondest childhood memories at Huntingdale and later at the Aurora house where we celebrated some amazing Birthday and Christmas parties. They had the best food and the best games planned out for us. Tita Gennie was a wonderful Aunt, and my thoughts and prayers go out to her family. May they be comforted knowing how much she was loved and adored. Rest In Peace Tita Gennie, I’ll never forget your kindness and generosity.
From, Irene and family.

To my dearest friend, Gennie. I will miss you more than you’ll ever know. Be rest assured that I will always remember you and all the good times we had. You were so kind and forever giving and always tried to please everybody. Things won’t be the same without you. The 22 years that I we shared is a part of me that I will always look back with joy and now with sadness. I’ll miss your laughter and your naivety and all that made you ,you. Rest In Peace my dear friend.
