Watson, Ronald - December 23, 1932

Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday April 10, 2022, at Toronto General Hospital due to an Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm, at 89 years old. Beloved husband to wife Verna (Broadhead) of almost 66 years (May 18th), Father of Laura and Chris (Lynne), beloved Grandfather of Taylor (Andy) (Great Granddaughter Avery), Mackenzie and Hunter. Ron wore many hats; he was a successful Draftsman, Sales Professional, Politician unofficially known as the “Mayor of Agincourt”, Author of Keep’em Rolling, Award-winning Artist, and a member of the Scarborough Walk of Fame; a Scarborough Park was renamed Ron Watson Park. While we are devastated at his passing, please join us in celebrating his incredible life and fun-loving joking character that was beloved by all at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough, on April 14, 2022, at 2 p.m. for Visitation and Service at 3 p.m. Reception to follow.
