Obituary of Mrs. Augusta Pientsch
AUGUSTA PIENTSCH February 8, 1926 – March 11, 2022
It is with profound sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved Augusta on March 11th, 2022, at Bethell Hospice in Caledon. She was the most wonderful mother, stepmother, grandmother and great grandmother in the world. Augusta was filled with love and kindness for her family and friends. She was held in high regard for her kindness, love and compassion.
Augusta was an avid gardener and took the utmost pride in the flowers and vegetables that she grew. She was an amazing baker, cook and great at knitting and sewing. She loved animals and watching Blue Jay games with her late husband, Rudolph.
Forever loved by her daughter, Sybille Burnham, grandchildren Jackie Burnham and Jim Burnham. She will be greatly missed by her stepchildren, Brian Pientsch (Diane) and Debbie Baird (Robert). Loving grandma to Stephanie and Phillip (Elyse), Jenessa (Luke), Kelsey and Michael (Ann). Forever missed by her great granddaughters, Jennifer Gryciuk (Bernhardt), Marcy, Nora, and great grandsons, Cooper, Gavin, Calvin, Thatcher and Levi. A special great, great grandmother to Kristyn Gryciuk.
Augusta is now re-united with the love of her life, her late husband, Rudolph Pientsch.
