I had countless good times with Harvey and Nancy and it was always involving jazz - so many fantastic live concerts. He enjoyed my private salons in my house, we attended JAZZ.FM91 station events and had wonderful adventures on International Jazz Tours. (The photo is from San Franscisco where we all wore or jazz safari robes to a wine tasting event in the lobby!) He always had a smile on his face and talked about sailing a lot. He was such a positive person - offering up great vibes at all times. He'll be greatly missed. My condolences.

Harvey and I were best buds when growing up in Mount Dennis. For about 10 years we did almost everything together. From flying his perfect model airplanes, dreaming about our futures, he wanted to be a draughtman early on, to buying our first car together. It was a 5 window model A Ford btw. We lost touch with each other when he went to York Memorial high school and I went to Runnymede Colligate. So sorry to hear of your loss. If the family would like to hear more about Harvey's childhood I would be happy to expand on some of our adventures. Just let me know you wishes. It's hard to find the words to convey what a wonderful, generous man Harvey was. We sailed with him for many years and he was a skilled helmsman, patient teacher and a good friend. Our thoughts are with Nancy and the rest of Harvey's family at this sad time. Much love, Rob and Leslie
