Gwen, Vince, Laurieanne, Dan and Tammy. Annette and I are saddened to hear of Bob’s passing and so sorry for your loss. You were a very young and large family when I first arrived in Toronto and allowed me to come into your home and become a part of your family. What started as complete strangers, turned into a lifelong friendship, many good times, and lots of laughter. Bob was instrumental in encouraging me to start a life changing career 38 years ago, which I will never forget and forever be greatful. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this difficult time.

I was very sorry to hear Bob passed away and I send our prayers to the family. I still remember the days from public school and later working with him in the basement of his house on fish tanks and breading fish. He will be missed. Bill Tanner

I am sorry to lose a long time friend. But I will always have the memories of us, as a young boy living across the street from our house in small town, Cannington, out on your grandfather's farm. Although separated by work and distance, we were always there for each other. I will greatly miss you my dear friend. Rest in peace now.

Countless are the memories that have crossed my mind the last few days. All the pictures I have of Bob and Gwen show them having fun! If you were with Bob and Gwen you were no doubt having fun with them! The pool parties, sitting around the fire at the trailer, playing lawn darts and happy hour afterwards. Good times, lots of laughs and memories I will treasure forever. You were loved and will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of my uncle's passing, we have known for awhile that he was going through a tough time of it and hope he can now rest in peace. He was always very good to me anytime I was near him. The world is just a little less now.
