Mr. Sasenarine Khelawan was also known as “Victor” or “Khel” as his loving wife would refer to him. He was born on December 11th 1958 in Canal 1, Guyana.  Born to mother Champa Kumarie and Father Joseph Bilar. He was also a loving father to two daughters Mala & Angie and grandfather to Ashley & Breanna. 

 

Victor was a kind, sincere, compassionate, loving, and devoted husband and father, to name a few of his character traits.  He loved laughing and making jokes with everyone he encountered in life. His personality was very upbeat.

 

Sadly, he passed away on Sunday December 19th, 2021 just one week after celebrating his 63rd birthday.  He will be missed by his family and friends. 

 

Funeral will take place at Ogden Funeral Home on Thursday December 23rd from 10:30 a.m. commencing at Highland Hills Funeral Home & Cemetery from 1 - 1:30 p.m.
