My sincerest condolences to the entire family. I am hurting equally as you are as I also lost a dearly beloved grandmother (Nani) as well. She was in all intents and purposes my grandmother as my own biological grandmother, Evelyn (an older sister to Edith) passed when I was a baby. She took care of my mom (Lilbeth) and her other siblings as her own and never abandoned any of Evelyn's kids or grandkids. I will miss your weekly phone calls to check in how my family and siblings were doing and most of all, those admonishments for not promptly returning your calls. Covid-19 robbed me of precious visiting time with you but I'll always remember those moments when you filled me in on stories of long ago. The last time we spoke was Diwali day. I'll cherish that conversation for the remainder of my life. You were a gentle soul, a small woman with a huge presence and a big heart. You will be greatly missed grandma. May your soul rest in peace forever

My loving Mother (Ma) you were my everything and the light of my life. I will forever be grateful to have a Mother like you to love and cherish all my life. Thank you for the nurturing love you showed my kids since their birth. And continued love and support to all of us all our lives. We will love and miss you dearly forever.

I really feel quite special that god chosen you to be a person in my life,who knows me through and through. The time that we spend talking.
