Obituary of Mrs. Ingrid Barbara Gouveia

On September 13th, 2021 our beloved angel Ingrid Barbara was called home by Our Lord and Saviour. With her foundation grounded in faith, she lived everyday with grace, beauty, humility and compassion for all.  Even through her final battle with illness, she was gracious, thankful and grateful for all the help and guidance she received and in the end was the true loving faithful servant to God. 

Ingrid is survived by her beloved husband Desmond, their cherished children Michelle(Lindsay), Simone(Oren) and Nicole(Sean).  She was a grandmother to Adam(Michelle), Lucas, Jaiylen, Makayla, Keshaun, Alijah, Myelle, and Drew and her one great grandson Reid. She is also survived by her dear mother Cecelia and only sister Lanna(Brian). She touched many lives and will be missed by her aunts, uncles, brother and sister in laws, cousins, nieces and nephews and many close family friends.

Despite her large family Ingrid always made time for everyone and always provided love and support. She was selfless and had the most loving and giving heart. She was a true child of God, always putting her faith and trust in Him and His will.

Eternal rest grant unto Mom O Lord!  And Let perpetual light shine upon her.  May she rest in peace.
