Dear Jim and Alan,
No matter how old you are, it’s never easy to lose a parent.
My deepest sympathies to your entire families , as you grieve the loss of your mother , grandmother, great grandmother . Although I only met Margaret on a few occasions, I remember her as being extremely kind and gracious.
My thoughts,and prayers, are with you all.
