Dear Dana, we are very sorry for your loss. Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Victor was a true gentleman and we are going to miss him. I had the pleasure to work with him serving the MTCC 1198 Board. His knowledge and professionalism made a difference and was greatly appreciated. Both Lucy and I will miss him at the building’s social gatherings. It will not be the same without him. May he Rest In Peace.
