Obituary of Mrs. Nancy Di Pietro

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved, Nancy. 

Nancy DiPietro passed away peacefully on June 2, 2021. Nancy was born on October 20, 1967 to Michele and Teresa Misasi in Toronto and was the youngest of three daughters. 

She is survived by her loving husband Paul and two sons Paolo (Claudia) and Adriano. Cherished daughter of Michele and Teresa and daughter in law of the late Paolo and Giuseppina. 

Much loved sister of Frances (Frank), and Mary-Jo (Corrado). She was a devoted Zia to Teresa (Adam), Paolo (Sally), Michelle (Adam), Rosario (Bianca) and Michele. She was a beloved Great Zia to Sofia, Chiara, Christian and Gabriel. 

Nancy was loyal to her faith, and especially connected to her school community. She will be fondly remembered for her masterful baking, endless creativity, thoughtful gestures and gifts, no matter the occasion.  Her sincere support and guidance was always felt by her family and friends and will never be forgotten. Nancy was loved by so many and left her mark with everyone she met. She will live on in all of our hearts forever. 

A private memorial will be held for Nancy on June 8, 2021 at Ogden Funeral Homes in Scarborough, Ontario followed by an interment at Westminster Cemetery in North York, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Nancy's memory to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada.
