Obituary of Ms. Shuk Yung Tsui 林徐淑容女士

Ms. Shuk Yung Tsui, age 97, passed away on Wednesday, January 6^th, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Ming Lam.

Devoted mother of Betty and her husband Philip Lam, Theresa and her husband Andy Ling, Doris and her husband Victor Kwong, Daniel and his wife Vivian Zhang, and Patrick and his wife Elsa Ho. Loving grandmother of Allan Lam, Brenda Ling and her husband Andy Siu, Justin Lam, Sunny Ling and Zoe Lam. Great grandma of Andrea Siu.

Shuk Yung was a long-time church member of the Scarborough Chinese Baptist Church in Scarborough. She was an active member of Sunday school, choir, fellowship and prayer groups.

                                   林母徐淑容女士事略

家母徐淑容，廣東省揭陽縣人氏，生於一九二三年二月二十八日，幼年遷居汕頭市，在揭陽縣畔邊堂聆聽主道，一九四二年受浸加入教會。家母於一九四五年嫁林庭明為妻，育有三女二子，並有孫女一名，外孫三男一女及曾外孫女一名。一九五六年，隨夫徙居香港。居港期間，一直於九龍城潮語浸信會聚會，並參與司事及探訪工作。

     一九九一年，隨長子移民加國，於士嘉堡華人浸信會參加聚會，兩年後正式轉移會籍。歷年來熱心愛主，曾先後參與摩西團契和詩班、查經班及主日學等活動；一九九九年獲黃學齡牧師及劉何佩瑜執事鼓勵，參與祈禱網事奉。

     家母於二零二一年一月六日於士嘉堡恆福護理院蒙主寵召，安息主懷，享年九十有七，親友懷念深切，特此述其事略，藉表哀思。
