Muriel was an absolutely wonderful friend to my Mom, Mary. They lived across the street from each other for years, but found a close bond after Muriel was widowed, as my Mom had been a widow for years previously. They kept each other company, had many dinners together throughout the week, played euchre, watched movies and had so many laughs! When my Mom got sick and I was still down in Florida, Muriel was there for her until I could get home, keeping her dog Kelly at her house so Mom could stay in bed, and checking on her and looking after her daily. I don't know what I would have done without her. I will always have a special place in my heart for Muriel. Her kindness and goodness shone through. We kept in touch since Mom died, and I am so very sorry, Tracey and family, that you have lost such a wonderful matriarch of your family.....................Linda and Ray Russell
