Dear Janet, Jackie and family Ralph and I would like to extend our condolences to all of you. We have very fond memories of spending time with your mom/grandma. I remember sitting at your dining room table on Moran having Sunday night dinner and your mom loving the Carson girls because we all had healthy appetites and loved your mom's trifle. She always put extra on Shane's plate piling his mashed potatoes high. I remember your mom making the pink and green cake with pastry and Shane and I would call it Marzipan Bars (The name my mom called it). Ruth always insisted that there was no marzipan in the pink cake and that was not the correct name for it. Throughout the years your mom was regular member of our family celebrations and our own girls enjoyed spending time with her fondly calling her "Grandma Ruth".
