Obituary of Mr. William "Billy" Tisseman

    It is with great sadness and total devastation that we say good bye to our beloved “Silly Billy “, William Tisseman. Billy is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Sadie Tisseman, his beautiful daughter, Penny Tisseman, his amazing son, David Michael Black, his mother Angie Tisseman and his brother, Jason Tisseman. Billy, you were taken from us all, far too soon. You profoundly touched the hearts of every person that was blessed enough to know you. You were the kindest soul and there for anyone who is in need. You made this world a better place just by being in it, and this world will never be the same without you. You loved so hard and with such passion and conviction.. Whether it be someone Needing a place to lie their head, a hot meal, or a stray animal, your door and heart was always open for whoever so should need it. You were the protector of not only your beautiful family, but to anyone who needed you, and for this and so much more, we will forever be in your debt. You are so loved and your impact on all who knew you will ensure your memory will never fade. As we say good bye with shattered hearts to a man who was family to so many, we find some peace in knowing you are with your dad, looking down on us all and knowing you live on in the hearts of us all. Forever missed but never forgotten, may the void and loss we are all feeling be filled with the amazing loving memories you created with us all. WE LOVE YOU SILLY BILLY!!!
