Franklin- Hugh, Dermot with deep regret we announce the unexpected death of Hugh on the morning of November 15th, 2020. Husband of Barbara Franklin, a retired General Motors employee, good hearted, loyal man "...who instilled a "tough love" demeanor ..." to his family which they appreciated. He is survived by his children Marcia, Trevor and Michael. Brothers Arlington, Rawle and his wife Marilyn, sister Sylvia, nephews, nieces, friends and family members.
