So sorry to learn that my dear friend Mary has left us. We became friends back in 1968 when we both worked as Secretaries at Clarkson Gordon, Chartered Accountants. After I left in 1974, we continued to stay in touch. Since moving to Newfoundland in 2006 I never saw Mary in person again but heard from her at least once a year. We both share the loss of our younger sister. I also met her sister Anita a few times The last time I saw Mary in person was in 2005, the year before my sister died. I consider myself lucky to have known such a wonderful, kind and thoughtful person. Until we meet again Mary, rest in peace.

We will miss Auntie Mary so much. Such a strong positive lady. From her godson Rob Wright and family.
This was a sweater she got me for my birthday 30 years ago. I still have it and always remember her when I see it.

Auntie Mary, no words can describe what you have meant to me and how painful your sudden passing has been. You took your position in my life as Godmother, more serious than most. Always checking in to find out how all aspects of my life were. It was so great when you "interviewed" my intended (my own parent's hadn't done that), to ensure that he had my best interests at heart. The courage and strength that you demonstrated throughout the tragic losses that occurred in your life, surely were a testament to your grace and the peace that only comes from the strong faith that you had. So we will mourn the loss of you on the this earth plain, but we will also celebrate your persona! Like you say, ok love you and leave you. Rest in Paradise my beautiful Auntie,
