I have known Mrs. Ng through her wonderful son, Chen, for a number of years. As an incredible Mother to Chen she was his advocate and best supporter. I know that Mr. Puah and all her children loved her dearly and that as a family they shared an extremely close bond. My deepest condolences to the entire family. I know that Kay will always be with all her children and her husband in spirit and love.
