Dear Sonia.
We are so saddened to hear of Chris' passing. So many times we would sit in the same pew as the two of you at the church, and enjoy our talks before and after the service: that is our warm memory of Chris now. Chris was clearly a man who loved God from his heart, and we will all see him again one day. Yes, that is our assurance. God be your comfort during this time.

my sincere condolences.
God knows best and all is well that's done by Him. Chris shall live again, because Jesus lives, he too shall live. To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. Death is only a temporary separation for those who hope and trust is in our Lord Jesus Christ. You will see Chris again. He is in a better place, free at last from all sufferings. May his soul rest in peace. 2 Corinthians 5:1 His life has just begun in Eternity. Time ends and eternity begins. Eternal life is not interrupted at death. John 11: 25-26. Eternal life is only in Jesus Christ. John 1: 4 He is awaiting that grand resurrection day.
May those lovely memories of him, be a blessing. I pray that the Lord strengthen, comfort you and His peace overflow now and in days to come.

Dear Worrell family especially to Sonia,
I first met Chris at Hope (Harvest) Church Men's Ministry. We tended to be in the same breakout small group and sat next to him. He was always fervent for the Lord. The many time he prayed to the Lord even though it's not always easy to comprehend the words he said because of his vocal limitation from the stroke. I do know that the Lord heard every word Chris prayed and answered him.
I have fond memories of Sonia picking up Chris every time after Men's or church activities. Those were the sweet memories of love, dedication and sacrifice demonstrated by Chris and Sonia as example of Christian marriage.
My, Jennifer and my kids' condolences to you. We are glad that Chris is with the Lord and we'll see him again.
