It is with great sadness that the family of Everette V. Gumbs announces her passing on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at the age of 75 years. Everette will be lovingly remembered by her husband of nearly 50 years, Arthur, her children Kelvin and Sherwin and their respective wives, Malaika and Kyla. Everette will also be fondly remembered by her four grandchildren, Isaiah, Camren, Jenny and Ezekiel, sisters, brothers and uncle, as well as numerous extended family and friends.
A funeral service in memory of Everette will be held on Saturday, August 15th at 10:00 am, at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East with Reverend Susan Spicer officiating.

During COVID-19, visitations are conducted on a schedule, by appointment only. Please call Ogden Funeral Home (416) 293-5211, between 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, August 6 2020 to reserve a time to visit with the family of the late Everette V. Gumbs. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Alzheimer’s Society of Durham Region or Toronto would be appreciated by the family.
