Claudette Reece of Georgetown, Guyana passed away at home at the age of 78 on Friday, July 17th, 2020. She was surrounded by loving family.
Claudette was born to Pearl Whitford and Nathan Bevny on August 13, 1941 and is survived by 4 of her 5 Sisters; Joyce, Lynette, Cheryl and Grace. She is also survived by her loving Husband, Lawrence Reece of 55 years together, children; Paul, Sherry, Dexter, Peter, Orette and Lex, 18 beautiful Grandkids and 23 great-grand kids.
Claudette was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who dedicated her life to bringing family together through music, endless laughter, genuine life lessons and dance!
Working 24 years at the Days Inn, she was a dedicated, hardworking employee who brought those strong values home to her kids. She always found time to prepare amazing food and welcome everyone. She spent the last few years tirelessly constructing a home in Guyana for her family to congregate.
Claudette was a loving woman who always put family first.
