Our deepest sympathy go out to Andre, Debbie, Marcia, Ion, the grandchildren and great grandchildren of Cecil Rangasawmy. It was a pleasure to have known Cecil, he was a humble and happy guy, always with a smile on his face and something funny to talk about. My dad recalled the the times he spent with Cecil playing race horse and having a beer together. I remembered the time mom, dad, Jessica, Andre and I went to his apartment and we talked about all the fun stories about back home, Jessica especially thought it was funny, we had a good laugh. It's so sad we lost him so soon but we hope his loved ones find solace in knowing that he is in a peaceful place and not suffering any longer. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. He will be missed. May his soul rest in peace.
