Dearest Robbie,
We are very saddened to find out that Uncle Bob has passed. He was able to join our call on Zoom a couple of weeks ago only to find out that it was the last time we would hear from him. We reminisce our poker games back in the days at the cottage and at mom and dad’s during family gatherings.
We know he is in a better place now with Auntie Gloria and they are eternally together, looking down and keeping you and the family safe. For now the tears and sadness seem overwhelming and for many days to come but keep those wonderful memories close to your heart.
We will dedicate a mass on his name when we are allowed in the church, hopefully soon.
May Uncle Bob Rest In Peace and let the perpetual light shine upon him.
Love,
Leizyl and Donald

Grateful to have known Bob, Gloria and Robbie for over 40 years. I have many fond memories of days and weekends together in our early years in Canada. Being neighbors in Valleywoods, we socialized a lot - mahjong games, backyard and park picnics, birthday parties, weddings, etc, etc. Those memories are etched in our hearts forever.
Robbie, we mourn the loss of Bob with you but we celebrate his reunion with Gloria. Please remember that you are in our thoughts and prayers today and always.

Dear Robbie,
We were all so saddened to hear of the passing of your Dad. Bob was truly a sweet and gentle soul. He loved your mom dearly. A piece of him died when she passed.
We remebered all those wonderful times when your parents invited us to your cottage, and the boys would go fishing on the dock and catch those tiny sunfish and your dad would say out loud "Wow! Great catch!" And underneath his breath he would say "Toss those fish back when the kids aren't looking! They're too much work to cook!" Your Dad was so funny and realistic!
We remembered all those Christmas parties that your parents would invite us to join, accepting us and including the boys and giving them gifts. Your Mom's work Christmas parties that she and your Dad again buy gifts for the boys and said it was from Santa.
I remember a very long time ago before the boys were born that your Dad invited us, my ex and myself up to the cottage and your mom and I went to bed, but your Dad and Carlos stayed up all night making burgers and drinking beer and laughing all night long. Your Dad was always great at making everyone feel comfortable and at home.
I remembered the kindness and the generosity of you Dad and your Mom. They made us feel like we were a part of your family. Somehow they knew that I needed help and they were there for us. So I want to thank you for sharing your family with me and the boys. We will miss your Dad dearly. But always remember this, Robbie, you are now a part of my family. You are never alone.
Love always,
Suzy, Andy and Justin Garcia

Dearest Bob,
You and Gloria were always so kind to me, I am forever grateful to God that my daughter had you for grandparents.
I know you are happier now that you are reunited with the love of your life and you no longer have to deal with the pain of cancer. You handled your hardship with so much grace and a wicked sense of humour, right to the end.
We will miss you, especially your granddaughter Savannah.
Love,
Julie

Dear Robbie,
We’re deeply saddened of your Dad’s passing. We have fond memories of both your parents spending time together like those Saturday nights during hockey season, celebrating your birthdays, your dad’s famous lasagna dish, picnics, that’s to name a few. What we’re more grateful of was your parents setting us up our first date (blind date actually) which was 43 years ago.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here for you.
Our sincerest condolences to you and Savannah.
We love you,
Uncle Ron and Aunt Carlota
