Francesca Filomena Fernandes (nee Castelino) – March 9, 1943 to May 21, 2020.
Francesca passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, May 21st, 2020 surrounded by her loving husband, Louis and her two daughters, Suzanne and Karen. She was a dear sister of Barbara Pinto (Brian), Michael Castelino (Stefanie), Patrick Castelino (Margaret) and Yvette Lobo (Peter).
Francesca had a deep rooted faith in her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. In her younger years she served as a dedicated Sunday School teacher. Her daughters fondly remember her beautiful soprano singing voice, as she would sing the hymns every Sunday at church. Francesca consistently prayed for her family and her prayer was that God would bless and use them for His service.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to her caring family and friends who have faithfully prayed for her during her extended time of illness. A private funeral service will be held for her on Tuesday May 26, 2020.
