KIATIPIS, Melpomeni (Mary) (nee TSOTSOS) February 14, 1934 – May 1, 2020. It is with deep sadness that we announce our loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother passed away on May 1, 2020 at the age of 86. She is now reunited with her loving husband, Kole (Nick) Kiatipis. Her wonderful kindness, sense of humour and love for life will be remembered by her children Bill (Lynn) and Mitzi (Danny). She was a bright light in the lives of her five adoring grandchildren, Stephanie (Johnny), Vanessa (Adam), Diana (Chris), Nick and Phillip and great-grandsons Marcus, Charlie and Cooper. Mary loved and was so proud of her large extended family, including her siblings Olga, Vanka, Evangelia and George as well as her many nieces and nephews. A family service will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 followed by internment at Elgin Mills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
