We are sad to hear of this news of your mother's passing. She was such a lovely and classy lady. We enjoyed the visits when Jack and Ethel would come to Ringwood or our parents would get together at the cottage. The pictures are wonderful reminders of these times. Our thoughts are with you.

Brad,Jeff and family,
We are so sorry to hear about your mothers passing.
Ethel was a special person to everyone in our family. She remained in our hearts and thoughts long after she moved from Murray Av.
We heard of her passing today and strangely yesterday we were celebrating the birth of Kristopher’s baby when Kristopher asked me to pass on to him the baby quilt that Ethel made for him when he was born almost 40 years ago. We reminisced of old days with Ethel and Jack.
She was a special lady and will live in our hearts forever.

HI Brad and Jeff, Sorry to hear about your mom's passing. She lived a long life of 91 years! I remember her as a lady of hobbies...gardening, baking pies, knitting, cooking. Heartfelt condolences to Brad, Jeff and family. Ethel was the greatest next door neighbour anyone could ever wish for. We were lucky to have her as ours for a quarter century. I'll remember her many kindnesses and her butter tarts. Fond memories help at a time like this. Sincere sympathy is extended from Sheila and Alex.

Brad and Jeff,
I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Your mom and dad were an integral part of my life from the time I was a child. I have so many memories of times spent on Lake of Bays with all of you.
Ethel was such an amazing lady. She was a skilled seamstress, cook, quilter and her baking took many prizes at Markham fair.
Jim and I enjoyed many holidays in the Caribbean with Jack and Ethel. She was always game for any adventure we undertook. Ethel left so many memories with me. She certainly left her mark on her journey through life.
She will be missed.
