CONSALES SEBASTIANA Nov 28, 1935 – April 28, 2020: It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Sebastiana in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Ottavio, devoted mother of Angelo (Louisa), Lucia (Brian) and Cettina. Cherished Nonna of Bessie (Abtin), Ottavio (Teresa), Ornella, Cora (Dan), Lucy and Julia. Bisnonna of Daniel, Isabella, Mason, Adriano, Lucia, Charlie and Myla.
Sebastiana will be deeply missed by her siblings Salvatore, Dina, Concetta, Vince, Charlie (Lina) and by her numerous extended family members and dear friends.
We would like to thank the staff at Winbourne Park Long Term Care for taking gentle care of Sebastiana in the short time she was there and for their kind consideration with our family during her last few days.
Due to the current situation with Covid-19 Viewing and funeral service will be private.
