He was such a kind, humble, cheerful person who always had a willing hand to people who needed him. You’re now resting peacefully with our creator, no more pain & sorrow. RIP. Our hearts go out to the Quibilan family today as they mourn the loss of a warm, loving, dedicated, loyal father, husband and friend. Romeo welcomed all his friends to his home. Over the years we have shared many special occasions together and he always treated you like family. We have so many fond memories of our time together that we will treasure forever.

Lucille, Keane, Reah and Hannah, No words can really say how very sorry I am for your loss. My heart breaks for the hole that I am sure you all are feeling. Romeo was always so kind and welcoming. He had such a big heart and was so very proud of his kids. His big smile would take over his face when he was with you. He was also so smart, funny and capable. I admired his generous spirit, always willing to help others, often before helping himself. I will always be grateful to Romeo for welcoming me into your family, teaching about his culture and how to cut a pineapple (though I could never do it as well as he could) and to make a mean bbq. When I picture Romeo, I will see him laughing that big laugh of his and in a better place, one without pain. My sincere condolences!
