Obituary of Mrs. Rosemary Lagace

Hay is for horses Straw is cheap Grass is free And you get leaves for nothing It is with great sadness the family of Mary Lou (Rosemary) Lagacé announces her passing on December 26, 2019 at Centenary Hospital, Scarborough at the age of 76. Born in Midland, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Audrey (Fox) Sauvé. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lionel Lagacé. Her children: Richard (Michelle), Robert and Laura Her grandchildren: Amanda (Adrien) and Ryan Seven siblings: Irene, Anita, Gerry (Georgette), Robin (Mary Anne), Ken (Ann), Alan (Valerie) and Joe ‘Skip’ Two sisters-in-law: Irène and Cindy One brother-in-law: Albert Her Aunt: Annette (Joe) And many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by five siblings: Ron, Elaine, Eugene, Diane and Tom Mary Lou was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed reading, playing cards and baking. She was known for her Euchre parties, meatballs and butter tarts. She will surely be missed. There will be no service but a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation in Mary Lou’s memory to a charity of your choice.
