Obituary of Ms. Sharon Gooden

Sharon Elva Gooden, 54, of Scarborough, Ontario, passed away on Monday December 9, 2019 in Scarborough, Ontario. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday December 20, 2019 at Ogden Funeral Homes. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 21, 2019 at Global Kingdom Ministries. Burial will follow at Pine Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are by Ogden Funeral Homes. Sharon accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior at the Toronto Gospel Lighthouse and truly loved the Lord. Sharon Elva Gooden was born in Toronto to Charles and Marrion Adel Gooden on February 13, 1965. She attended school at Agincourt Collegiate Institute (Go Lancers!). She graduated from Ryerson University in 1987 (Go Rams!). Sharon began her career as a trainer and translated those skills into the various roles she held throughout her professional career. She worked at TD Bank for a total of 24 years with her last role being a Portfolio Director. In her leisure, she enjoyed singing in the church, mentoring, testifying before God and reading. Sharon enjoyed helping others and spending time with her family and friends. Sharon is survived by her sister Maxine Gooden, brother and sister in law Dale and Mellissa Gooden and adopted sister Nadine Bailey; her parents Charles and Adel Gooden; nephew Justin Charlie, nieces Caylee and Christie as well as many Aunts, Uncles Cousins and Friends.
