My condolences to the family of Ms. Maude Clarke. What a wonderful blessing to have lived so long and with loving family. Losing a loved one is so painful. Sometimes in the face of death we may feel helpless. I wanted to share a thought that may be useful in coping with grief. It is found in Philippians 4:6,7 "Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus."
Here we have assurance that when we are overwhelmed with emotion, we always have a listening ear with our Creator. When we turn to him in prayer, he can provide us with peace of mind. I hope you find some comfort in these words.

My condolences to the Clarke family. I am sorry for your loss but to be absent from the body is to be present with our Lord. RIP Aunt Olive! Aunt Olive lived a great life, truly blessed. I had the opportunity to be her neighbour when we both lived in the same apartment building, on the same floor. Aunt Olive and Aunt May were always there for me whenever I needed help with my daughter Karissa, which was almost 30 years ago. I am truly grateful that she was part of our journey. Thank you Aunt Olive! My thoughts and prayers are with her family. May God comfort and strengthen you all. Peace be with you all.

Visited her with Ont. Con. president & the Communications team a few weeks ago for the first time and she just captured my heart with her warmth, friendliness, sharp mind and memories. It deeply saddened my heart that she left before I visited her again and enjoy one of a kind sweet person :(

To my 3rd mother Sis. Olive Clarke (Mama) you have been an inspiration in my life and also my mother. Each time I spoke with Mama she always says she is Praising God man and not once have I ever spoken to her without her asking about my children and family she is always praying for my children and family. We loved this woman of God. I know for me personally I have taken a page out of the book of her life. You showed love to all who came in contact you. You lived by example and such a close knit family. We were so blessed to have you in our life.
I will eternally be grateful that you called me your daughter.
To Mama's children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren she has fallen asleep in the the Lord waiting for His second coming. We all know it was Well with her Soul let us continue to make our calling and selection sure. So we can all rejoice with her in the earth made new.
Mama I love you so much you will live on in my heart until we meet again. I will always be apart of your family.
