Obituary of Mr. Lorne Weir

Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in the early morning hours of Nov. 18th, 2019 at the age of 87. Survived by his siblings: Ken Weir, Eileen Clark (Frank), Bernice Weir, his daughter Sandra Weir and his stepdaughters Mary Jane Oliver, Colleen Hardie and stepson Paul (Sue) Oliver. 

Lorne enjoyed life and in his last days was still driving his car and walking his dog "Sweetie". He was blessed with a large family of nieces, nephews and grandchildren too many to properly list but he loved them all and was extremely grateful. 

He was an avid Blue Jays fan, loved the "oldies" music and his talents included crochet and knitting. He had a subscription to the Oshawa Little theatre and enjoyed live performances. 

He will be greatly missed by us all.
