I met Walter in 1972 through my high school class mate, Daphne - his former sister-in-law. I was visiting Canada for the first time and spent two weeks in Montreal and one week in Toronto with Walter, Radience and Daphne. I was introduced to The Science Centre, Ontario Place and CN Tower among other attractions, on this visit all because of him. He has remained a friend from then until his passing. I will miss our many laughs, talks about current affairs, life, updates on how his three daughters were doing along with their kids. He never forgot to call on my birthday or I on his to say have a great day and many happy returns. I will miss very much hearing Theophilus' voice and as I jokingly called him sometimes. A real class act.
Deepest condolences to the entire family. You have lost a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, etc and I have lost a dear friend.
Rest in Peace until we meet again.

Georline and Family
It was a pleasure to have worked with Walter at TTS, Maritime World Logistics.
When we went talking about the currant work Project we spoke of our Families.
He always had a big smile on his face when he spoke of his Girls and his Grandchildren.
Our thoughts are with you all.
Merlin and Sandra Halliday

Condolences goes out to my dear sisters-in-law on the passing of a great gentleman,of whom I have known for 8years. Theo as he was affectionately called, was best man to his brother in law Peter Weekes, and spent many of his vacation visiting and exchanging memories of boy hood days of growing up in charnocks, with lots of laughter. To you Jolene on behalf of myself and my family I offered you you my deepest condolences and be strong, knowing that all his pain and suffering is over but hold on to all the good memories you built together
