My sincere condolences to Pat and the rest of the family. R.I.P. my friend. You were a great guy with a heart full of gold. I will never forget the times you would come up at reception and our little chats. I remember the time you send me a picture with the new reception area and wrote (" Your new replacement at reception. At least she wont talk back ") Even when I was gone from there we would still keep in touch. Now Open your wings and fly high and look after all of us from above. R.I.P Dwayne. You will be missed.

Sincere condolences to all the family's great loss. Dwayne was a beautiful truly a best friend. Going to miss our rides home together, miss our talks in the car ride home and in my office. Dwayne will be missed Dearly, each September 11th, Dwayne would come into my office and we would say Happy Anniversary to each other as we both started work on this day, he would say how many years Bal and Dwayne was looking forward to his 20th Year at Silgan next year. Going to miss his smiley face and always teasing me. He touched all our lives and was loved by everyone here. Dwayne will be in our hearts forever and will truly be deeply missed. R.I.P.

I am lost for words. Dwayne you were and always will be an inspiration to us all. What you accomplished in life was truly amazing. You were a great friend. It’s still not sunken in that you are gone. It’s just not fair, you are truly one of a kind. I got to know you through work but you were a very close friend.
We always met for lunch or a drink when I was it town. Just to share stories, you always made time for everyone.

Condolences to Pat , Jerith and the rest of Dwayne's family and friends that I do not know. Dwayne my friend I am so lost for words and still feel like I'm in a dream and will wake up soon. I will cherish the time we spent together in our shared office. We had some really good times together and we shared a lot of good laughs that got both of us through some tuff work days. I will miss that special friendship we both had when either of us needed someone to vent to or lean on. R.I.P my friend , I will miss you brother.
