Obituary of Ms. Valerie Brouillette

Please share a memory of Ms. Valerie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Valerie, our loving mother and friend to all whose lives she touched.  On September 9th 2019 she left us while sleeping peacefully at her home in Orillia, Ontario.  She was in her 71st year.  She was a beloved mother to Lee (Johanna) and Michael (Melissa), proud grandmother of Amber, Ethan, Madison and Rosie.  Beloved daughter of Chris and Joan Traynor, dear sister of Barbara Traynor and the late Michael Traynor.  She will be fondly remembered by Warren Brouillette (Angela).  Valerie will also be forever remembered by her extended family and dear friends.  Valerie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Edward (Ted) Dopp and his children Michelle Brock (Kevin) and Robert Cressman (Lourdes) and their families.  Cherished Grandmother of 11 grandkids and 7 great grandkids.  Mom always kept a warm and welcoming home and we were blessed to have many family celebrations shared with her.  She loved to cook, play card games and listen to music, and often that meant Rod Stewart was playing on the music box.  She made all our visits very special.  We will miss you forever;  bless you Mom, and bless your little cotton socks too. If desired, donations to CAMH-Centre for Addiction and Mental Health would be appreciated.
