This is to convey my hart felt condolence. My brother V.I.Thomas is a close friend of Mr.Jacob and they used to communicate regularly and now Mr.Thomas is in a senior retirement home at Trenton. I will contact him to communicate this sad news to him. He is also not keeping well and on full time nursing care.My name is V.I.Kurian and I had seen Mr.Jacob when he was ticket examiner at Alwaye railway station.

Our sincere condolences.
May the departed soul Rest In Peace.
We will always remember Jacob uncle for the guidance he had given us on many occasions, especially when we were contemplating moving to Canada many many years ago.
For us, he was always the person to go to, for advice on many matters related to education, career and life in western part of the world.
He was also one of the lifelong friends of my father E.A.Davies, who left us in 2016. Hope the friends can meet again in their world now.

Jacob uncle - someone who knew me from the time I was born, someone who genuinely cared for me every step of the way, who wrote to me regularly throughout my growing up years, who never forgot birthdays or festivals....who found God on his long walks into the woods (something I could resonate with). He was one of Dad's best friends... may his soul rest in peace. Will miss you uncle...I think for a long time!! Hope you get to take long walks wherever you are. Love, Soumya.
