For the past nine years I have visited with Frank weekly. We became good friends and looked upon each other as brothers. Frank’s intelligence and knowledge was only exceeded by his financial and spiritual generosity.
Frank did not suffer fools easily and occasionally was quick to anger but his respect and love for his friends and family was always evident and a great comfort to him and those of us who loved him.
I will forever remember this good man and the kindness and selflessness he always exhibited in spite of his own problematic life..
My sincere condolences to his beloved family.
