With great sadness the Blackman family announces the passing of Carlisle SinClair Blackman, on Friday March 22nd, 2019. He battled stage 4 non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma for 18 months. Carlisle was born on April 5th, 1946 in St. Michael Barbados to Gladstone Sheppard & Avril Linton (Blackman)

 

He leaves behind his wife Sonja, children; Marcella, Rosita (son in-law Anthony) & Carl Jr (daughter in-law Carolyn) & grandson Cameron, his brothers Trevor, Gladstone Jr, Eric, sister Roslyn, niece Sandra, Tracy, Debra. Sisters in-law Merline, the late Angela, bother in-laws Berkeley, Othniel, Lawson, nieces Jewel, Sonya, Talitha, Sian, Trilicia, Julia, nephew Derek & many many friends.   

 

Visitation will be held Saturday March 30th, 2019 at 2pm to 3pm, memorial service to follow, both at Ogden Funeral Home 4164 Sheppard Ave East. Scarborough, Ont M1S 1T3 

 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
