Obituary of Mr. Roger Seguin

Roger Aime Seguin passed away peacefully on March 17, 2019, from complications of COPD, at the age of 78.  Predeceased by his parents,  Edouard and Blanche Seguin, of Sturgeon Falls.  Roger is the beloved husband and best friend of Lydia (nee Gallant).  Loving and caring father of Jocelyn White (Simon Taylor) and Michael (Naela). PROUD PEPERE! of Jaynel LeBel (Mark), Jordan, Jenna, Kaden, Liam and Ben.  He is predeceased by his son-in-law Dave White.

 Roger is survived by his brothers Robert (Lisa), Richard (Katherine), Ronald (late Maureen), Michel (Lucie) and Daniel and sisters, Gaetane “Kitty” Faubert (Leo) and Suzanne Higgins (Ron).  Predeceased by sisters Suzette, Laura Renaud (Gaetan), Rollande Lepage (Vic),  Liette St Jean (Paul) and Noella Mayer (Cyd).

• He is loved and will be greatly missed by the Seguin Family and the Gallant Family of New Brunswick and by his many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough (east of Kennedy Road).

A Mass will be held on Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 59 Heather Road, Scarborough (Brimley Rd. and Sheppard Ave. E.).  Interment to follow at Christ the King Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospital for Sick Children, or, please register online with Beadonor.ca, for organ and tissue donation, would be greatly appreciated by Roger’s family.
